How To Lose Weight Quick and Fluctuations

How to lose weight quick is the holy grail of all weight loss programs. Once people have made up their minds that they want to lose weight they want to see results. Unless those scales move down they will quickly start to believe that their efforts are to no avail.

But you have to give your body time to adjust to its new state. It is inevitable that you will get fluctuations. A different diet will cause changes in your bowel movements and these will inevitably affect your body weight.

This week my weight has been going up and down a bit. Overall, by the end of the week my weight is the same at the end of week 3 as it was at the start. It has been lower and it has been higher during the course of the week. But the fact that it is now the same as it was 7 days ago is a result as far as I am concerned.

My aim is always to reach my long term goal. I know that to achieve that goal is going to require sustained effort. I am prepared for that so it is not disappointing to me that my weight has not gone down this week. As far as I am concerned this has just been a week when my body has adjusted to my new weight. And I have recorded that this new weight is 4 pounds less than my body weight 3 weeks ago when I started this weight loss campaign.

Next week I expect to lose more weight, that will be a success for my “how to lose weight quick” campaign.

4 Pounds Weight Lost in 2 Weeks

I have to say I am a little surprised to find I’ve lost another 2 pounds this week. This is because my diet has been up and down.

Saturday night I was out to dinner till late and enjoyed a fair bit of win. Sunday lunchtime I was out to a long and very enjoyable meal again with appropriate amounts of wine. And then last night we had guests to dinner, so the food was above average rich.

Yet because I ate sensibly for the rest of the week and did my Desk Exercises to Lose Weight religiously I still managed to shift another 2 pounds. That makes me feel really good.

The real secret is to not backslide after the special treats of good meals. You must get back to sensible eating and not let the richer food become a habit. This requires self discipline. As the originator of Magic Hats Personal Development Program I know the value of being aware of what you are doing and ensuring that you stick to your regime.

Losing Weight Fast

What does losing weight fast mean? I mean, “how much do you have to lose in a given amount of time for it to be fast weight loss?”

First a most important question: “why are you seeking to lose weight?”

There are only ever two answers to this question: “because I want to look better,” and “for the good of my health.” Continue Reading Losing Weight Fast

Happy With My Exercises To Lose Weight

Why am I happy with my exercises to lose weight when I put on a pound yesterday?

Am I mad? Don’t answer that.

My theory on weight loss is take it off at a reasonable rate, say 2 pounds a week and you’ll keep it off. Lose the weight by consuming fewer calories and burning off more calories.

Now, I am consuming fewer calories and I am doing my Desk Exercises to Lose Weight. Yesterday I also played hard ball tennis for 2 hours. So, why did I put on a pound? And why does this make me feel happy? Continue Reading Happy With My Exercises To Lose Weight

Good Exercises to Lose Weight at Your Desk

Day 4 was another big success day in my current weight loss campaign. The exercises to lose weight at my desk really helped.

First up I’d like you to note my “glass half full” attitude to losing weight. I didn’t lose any more weight yesterday, but the family came round for Sunday dinner. We all enjoyed a large meal of roast chicken followed by a lovely apricot tart, cheese, coffee and several glasses of wine. And I maintained my 3 pounds weight loss for the week - how…. Desk Exercises are the Best Exercise to Lose Weight

What is the best exercise to lose weight?

In my opinion, for people with everyday jobs and people who are not very keen on exercise there is nothing better than our Lose Weight Desk Exercises.

Today I lost another pound, so a total of 3 pounds lost so far in the first 3 days of my current campaign. And this despite the fact that I had a large bowl of moules, mopped up the sauce with 3 slices of Ciabatta bread and drank 3 glasses of white wine for my supper last night. Weight Loss Exercises Succeed

Well, it’s day 3 of my weight loss campaign and day 2 was another successful day. The exercises I talk about in the video at the end of this article worked really well.

I didn’t actually lose any more weight, indeed I put back on one of the three pounds I lost on day one. So, why doesn’t that worry me?

Because it’s probable that most of my weight loss on day one was due to dehydration, water going out of my body. That usually happens on day one of any diet. Continue Reading Weight Loss Exercises Succeed
